Ne paslaptis, kad vairuotojai, gabenantys krovinius tarptautiniais reisais, dažnai susiduria su problemomis dėl darbo ir poilsio režimo pažeidimų. Kodėl taip atsitinka, priežasčių gali būti daug, viena iš jų – taip liepia darbdavys. Į vezejugidas.lt redakciją kreipėsi jau ilgametis tolimųjų reisų vairuotojas, šiuo metu gyvenantis ir dirbantis ne Lietuvoje ir pateikė šokiruojančią medžiagą – į navigacijos įrenginį darbdavio siųstų žinučių nuotraukas. Pateikiame skaitytojams transporto bendrovės savininko ir vairuotojo pokalbį.

Darbdavys: važiuok stačias, baigsis bendras, žiūrėsim, kiek kilomegtrų liko, šiaip tau 305 km iki vietos.
Važiuok iki pakrovimo.
Vairuotojas: kortos nejuodinsiu. Jei kas, baudą mokėsi Tu. Daeisiu ir iki Strazbūro.
Darbdavys: dėl 25 min. geriau stovėti iki ryto, ar ne? Parašiau tau į navigaciją, kad važiuotum, ko tau dar reikia? Netgi ne žodžiu tai pasakiau.
O kaip tu čia skaičiuoji tas 90 valandų? Tau ir praėjusią savaitę ta pati problema buvo dėl 90 valandų, kiek atsimenu. Kiekvieną savaitę negali būti tos pačios problemos.
Bet nesuprantu, dėl ko tu mane taip gaudai ant žodžio, tau išeis daugiau nei 52 valandos, jei tu startuosi pirmadienį ryte, o ankščiau startuot nėra prasmės. Jei bauda bus dėl šitų 52 valandų, tai baudą paims X įmonė (aut. pastaba – redakcijai duomenys žinomi) ant savęs.
Kitas pokalbis su darbdaviu (2010-03-15)
Darbdavys: o kas atsitiko, kad tu tik lenkų priekyje? Pagal viską turi būti Lietuvoje. Kaip įmanoma, penktadienį pasikrovus Vienoje, pirmadienį nebūti Lietuvoje?
Vairuotojas: o ką aš galiu pasakyti, kai sugalvojama vieną savaitgalį 47 val. stovėti, o kitą jau 52 valandas?
Ir dar – žiba priekabos ABS lemputė ir nestabdo priekaba. Kiek aš galiu rankiniu stabdžiu stabdyti?
Man geriau paaiškinkite kas nors, kaip toliau važiuoti, kai priekaboje nedega stabdžiai ir SVI. Tiesa, už ką dabar moka? Už dienas ar už kilometrus ?
Darbdavys: sveikas, už kilometrus.
Vairuotojas: gerai, jei garantuojate, kad iki kovo 7 dienos būsiu Lietuvoje, su malonumu dar ratą susukčiau.
Darbdavys: dabar net valstybė nieko negarantuoja, bet gerai, sugalvosime ką nors. Tu dar nesiskųsk, kad buvai servisuose, nes yra ir blogesnių mašinų.
Pakrovimas šiandien, paskubėti reikia.
Vairuotojas: žinok galiu nespėti į pakrovimą, dar tik iš cecho išlindau, darau 30 min. sustojimą ir važiuoju toliau.
Darbdavys: Skubame.
Vairuotojas: Labą rytą, sušlapę kelogsai (aut. pastaba – sausi pusryčiai), nežinau, gal praslys. Sušlapę dvi paletės, rašiau, kad šlampa galai mašinos ir priekabos , ką daryt?
O jei tapetai sušlaps?
Darbdavys: uždenk celafanu.
Vairuotojas: na, kaip jis išlaikys? Durų rankena atšoka, todėl pritraukė vandens. Ir dar – priekabą tvarkė, net netikiu, kad nešlaps, o mašina šlampa tiksliai.
Polietileno plėvelės nebuvo pirkti, tai neturiu.
Darbdavys: reikia sutvarkyti uždarymo rankenas, pakeisti durų sandarinimo gumas ir viskas bus gerai. Dėl šlapimo tai reikia surasti, kur nusipirkt, kitaip nebus.
Vairuotojas: dvi problemos : 1 – mašinos kompas rodo, kad neveikia priekabos ABS ir pasas baigė galiot, važiuoju į D ir A, reikia tik pirmo bago ar „ policajaus“.
Darbdavys: dėl stabdžių tai sakau technikams, o dėl paso, tai kitaip nebus, iš italų namo, o iki to laiko kaip Dievas duos.
Pirmam iškrovime reikia šiandien būti, žinau, kad kompensacija nesigauna, atsakomybę prisiimame mes.

Darbdavys: kelkis ir važiuojame, žinau, kad 45 valandos, bet važiuojame. Kelkis, važiuojame, kur tu?
Vairuotojas: gyvas, laive padariau 14 h pauzę, dabar pastoviu 52 ir bus viskas gerai.
Pastaba: tekste darbdavys gali būti ir darbdavio atstovas, pavyzdžiui, vadybininkas.
