Statybų bendrovės „Latvijas tilti“ ir „Kauno keliai“ baigė estakados statybos darbus Klaipėdoje, Nemuno gatvėje, uosto teritorijoje. Pradėjusi veikti 330 metrų ilgio estakada sujungs „Klaipėdos Smeltės“ teritoriją ir suteiks galimybę šioje uosto dalyje dirbančioms įmonėms netrukdomai patekti į terminalą. Naujoji estakada išvaduos šią miesto dalį nuo spūsčių, kurios susidarydavo dėl į uostą vykstančio krovininio transporto ir geležinkelio eismo.
Artimiausiu metu statinį vertins Valstybinė teritorijų planavimo ir statybos inspekcija, kuri išduoda statybos užbaigimo aktą. Tikimasi, kad iki spalio visi formalumai bus baigti ir estakada bus atiduota eksploatacijai.
Estakada įrengiama Klaipėdos valstybinio jūrų uosto direkcijai įgyvendinant uosto infrastruktūros plėtros planą. Darbų vertė siekia 4,1 mln. eurų (įskaitant pridėtinės vertės mokestį).
„Džiaugiamės, kad projektas įgyvendintas sklandžiai ir laiku, kad neiškilo jokių papildomų ar nenumatytų darbų poreikis ir kaina išliko tokia, kokia ir buvo planuota. Estakada turėtų gerokai palengvinti judėjimą Nemuno ir aplinkinėmis gatvėmis, kurios iki šiol greitai užsikimšdavo prie geležinkelio pervažos – atidarius estakadą šios problemos turėtų išsispręsti. Taip pat bus gerinama ekologinė aplinka gyventojams“, – sako Arvydas Vaitkus, Klaipėdos valstybinio jūrų uosto direkcijos generalinis direktorius.
„Estakados statybos vyko pagal itin griežtą grafiką – tiksliai sulig minutėmis, nes visai šalia nuolat važiavo traukiniai penkiomis geležinkelio linijomis, o eismą geležinkeliu buvo galima riboti tik labai trumpam laikui. Mūsų komanda yra pajėgi dirbti taip organizuotai ir tiksliai – planus ir lūkesčius atitinkantį rezultatą mums leidžia pasiekti naudojami naujausi technologiniai sprendimai ir 74 metų tiltų statybos patirtis. Ir itin malonu, kad naujoji estakada ne tik skatina uosto plėtrą, bet ir gerina gyvenimo sąlygas miestiečiams“, – teigia Aleksandras Milovas, „LNK group“, kuriai priklauso „Latvijas tilti“, Stebėtojų tarybos pirmininkas.
Estakada iškilo mažiau nei per metus – darbai statybų aikštelėje prasidėjo praėjusių metų gruodžio pabaigoje. Estakada su prieigomis – 330 m arba daugiau nei trijų futbolo aikščių ilgio. Konstrukcijai sunaudota 550 tonų metalo, perdangos įrengimui prireikė 3296 kubinių metrų betono. Metalinės perdangos konstrukcijos pagamintos „Latvijas tilti“ įmonių grupės padaliniuose. Statant estakadą teko iškelti ir kitoje vietoje naujai įrengti per statybų teritoriją ėjusius inžinerinius tinklus.
„Nekantriai laukiame estakados atidarymo, kai krovinius vežantiems vilkikams ir kitoms transporto priemonėms nebereikės nuolat stovėti kamštyje prie įvažiavimo į uosto teritoriją arba iš jos išvažiuojant. Pradėjus eksploatuoti estakadą bus sudarytos geresnės sąlygos aptarnauti uosto kompanijų klientus bei ženkliai sutrumpės patekimo į terminalą ir išvykimo iš jo laikas“, – sako Rimantas Juška, LKAB „Klaipėdos Smeltė“ generalinis direktorius.
Estakadą Nemuno gatvėje Klaipėdoje bendrovės „Latvijas tilti ir „Kauno keliai“ įrengė laimėjusios Klaipėdos valstybinio jūrų uosto direkcijos skelbtą atvirą konkursą. Bendrovės pasiūlė mažiausią kainą ir nurungė kitus šešis konkurso dalyvius. „Latvijas tilti“ ir „Kauno kelių“ pasiūlyta darbų kaina buvo 27 proc., arba 1,54 mln. eurų, mažesnė nei antrojoje vietoje likusio konkurso dalyvio.

Tree,not sure what type of agreements you are accustomed to, but usually two parties agree on something and then execute the terms of the agreement. Never seen one side agree, the other disagree, and then the agreeing side still live up to their side of the agreement. that is nonsense.
i love this post. reading my old journals and diaries is one of my most favorite things to do. sometimes, it is better than pictures! always wish i could do a flash back and watched myself as i was writing… fun to see how times have changed and how i’ve changed as a person. i’m guessing you see much of the same 🙂

I think some of you would learn more about Anton if you watched the documentary Indulgence. Then I believe you may understand how he trains and how he simply just enjoys running long. While Clouds words are stiff and possibly true Anton once had the structure and discipline to run track and XC in College and he didnt seem to enjoy it if I remember the documentary correctly…

Oh, I know just what you mean . . . in fact I usually do my posts on Thursday for Friday but was too tired (after getting up at O’dark thirty for the sunrise) and fell asleep early. But my kids both had something to do at the high school this morning to get ready for school and for maybe the third time all summer I had the house to myself and was able to write.
