Europos sąjungos oficialiajame leidinyje paskelbtas 2016 kovo 18 d. Komisijos Reglamentas (ES) 2016/403, kuriuo Europos Parlamento ir Tarybos reglamentas (EB) Nr. 1071/2009 papildomas sunkių Sąjungos taisyklių pažeidimų, dėl kurių kelių transporto įmonė gali prarasti nepriekaištingą reputaciją, klasifikacija ir kuriuo iš dalies keičiamas Europos Parlamento ir Tarybos direktyvos 2006/22/EB III priedas.
Reglamente, įsigaliosiančiame nuo 2017 metų sausio, yra pateiktas taisyklių pažeidimų, dėl kurių transporto įmonė gali prarasti nepriekaištingą reputaciją, sąrašas ir klasifikacija, o tai reiškia, kad reglamentas turės itin didelę reikšmę transporto įmonių veiklai.
Reglamentas apima pažeidimus, susijusius tiek su vairuotojais, tiek su transporto priemonėmis, tiek su pačiu pervežimo procesu. Kalbant apie vairuotojams taikomus reikalavimus, reglamentas pripažįsta rimtais nusižengimais pažeidimus, susijusius su darbo ir poilsio laiko apskaičiavimo taisyklių nesilaikymu, tachometro duomenų klastojimu, draudimų važiuoti nustatytomis valandomis nesilaikymu, reikiamos kvalifikacijos, vairavimo teisių neturėjimu, o taip pat su transporto priemone susijusius pažeidimus, pavyzdžiui: nesilaikymu taisyklių dėl transporto priemonės svorio ar išmatavimų, techninės apžiūros nebuvimu, taip pat – dėl manipuliacijų su greitį ribojančiais įrenginiais.
Remiantis reglamentu, rimti pažeidimai, susiję su pačia transporto įmone, tai – reikiamų licencijų nebuvimas, galiojančių leidimų dėl gyvūnų pervežimo nebuvimas, taip pat reikiamais atvejais – leidimų vežti pavojingus krovinius neturėjimas.
Visi pažeidimai yra suskirstyti į tris grupes, atsižvelgiant į jų sunkumo lygį: sunkus pažeidimas, labai sunkus pažeidimas ir sunkiausias pažeidimas. Padarius sunkiausią pažeidimą gali būti pradėta administracinė procedūra, dėl ko gali būti konfiskuota transporto priemonė. Jei per vienerių metų laikotarpį vežėjas padarys tris sunkius pažeidimus, bus laikoma, kad jis padarė sunkiausią pažeidimą. Jei padarytų pažeidimų per vienerių metų laikotarpį bus daugiau nei tris, reglamentas numato galimybę pradėti administracinę procedūrą, dėl ko taip pat gali būti konfiskuota transporto priemonė.

Good interview–I’ll flip through the book the next time I am at a bookstore. I do disagree that modern parental concern is unnecessary and the product of media hype. Having your kid wear a bike helmet or knowing where he/she is all the time is good parenting in this decade. As a child, I was allowed to bicycle anywhere, but just be home for dinner. My kids do not have the same freedom–different times, different survival rules.

just use those yoga stretching bands they have at walmart. as i noticed in the video coach was pulling down on the bands but you could probably just double up on the bands to increase tension. probably wont be able to go very heavy on the dumbbells that was but again i guess thats the point to make it feel heavier. this also works very well on barbell curls just standing on the bands. you could pretty much do this for most exercises. and when you can no longer rep out with the bands just continue with the dumbbells or barbell and not the bands.

Deshalb wird ja Brot, wenn man es sehr lange kaut, auch immer süßer. (Hat die KLeine bestimmt schon mal ausprobiert in Biologie oder Chemie.) Mit Kochen kommt da in der Tat nicht weiter.HGrüße! N.

Sadly meatless mondays have not caught on at our house with my steak loving hubby, but I have found with these meatless dishes I can add a lot less meat then we would normally eat with a dinner (maybe a few shrimp tossed with the pasta) and it keeps the hubby happy. So I will say that reduced meat mondays has been working for us.
